As Senior Solution Architect (f/m/d), you will be spear heading the effective implementation, customization, and optimization of our CRM solution (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) to meet the organizations strategic goals.

What You Will Work On
- You will drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions in a cross-functional scrum team. You will mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- You will architect scalable and maintainable software solutions strongly emphasizing the .NET ecosystem and Azure cloud.
- You will collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- You will provide architectural guidance and best practices for developing and integrating with Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform.
- You will ensure software solutions align with industry standards, best practices, and the organizations architectural guidelines and strategy.
What You Bring With You
- Proven experience in software solution architecture, with a strong focus on .NET, C#, and modern development practices. Knowledge of TypeScript and its application in front-end frameworks will also be appreciated.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a software development team in an agile/scrum environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical - stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset for balancing short-term needs and long-term technical goals.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 being highly desirable.
